Copper-nickel sheets and plates typically contain 90% copper and 10% nickel. This alloy exhibits high corrosion resistance, especially in seawater, and has excellent thermoelectric conductivity. Its mechanical properties include high strength and excellent stress resistance to fracture. The combination of copper and nickel provides durability and corrosion resistance. In addition, copper-nickel alloys provide excellent formability and resistance to high temperatures, making them ideal for marine applications, heat exchangers and industrial equipment.
