Alloy C263 consists of nickel (to 55%), cobalt (20%), chromium (20%), molybdenum, titanium, and aluminum. It has high-temperature strength and resistance to oxidation to 1000°C. The alloy shows tensile strength of 825 MPa, yield strength of 620 MPa, and elongation of 25%. The material is age-hardenable and has good creep life and weldability, and it is suitable for parts that are exposed to long periods of heat.
