Chanathip Nickel Alloys & Plates is a prominent manufacturer and distributor of Hastelloy Forged Fittings in Bangkok, Thailand. We are engaged in manufacturing forged parts utilizing high-quality Hastelloy grades such as C276, C22, and others as per ASTM B366 and similar international standards. Our products comprise elbows, tees, reducers, couplings, caps, and forged parts with custom shapes for applications in high-corrosion and high-pressure environments. Every fitting is precision-forged, heat-treated, and pressure-tested for pressure integrity, dimensional conformity, and corrosion resistance. The forged fittings are extensively utilized in chemical processing, offshore oil & gas, power generation, and pollution control industries.
Hastelloy alloys employed in our forged fittings—like C276 (UNS N10276) and C22 (UNS N06022)—consist predominantly of nickel (≈56–60%), followed by molybdenum (~15%), chromium (~22%), iron (~5%), and trace amounts of tungsten and cobalt. These components exhibit great resistance to oxidizing as well as reducing agents. Mechanical characteristics generally contain tensile strength of 690–790 MPa, yield strength of about 300–370 MPa, elongation ≥ 40%, and high toughness. The forging process also strains the grain structure, enhancing pressure resistance, impact strength, and fatigue life—making the fittings perfectly suited for hostile and critical environments.

Hastelloy forged fittings have extensive applications in corrosive conditions in industries involving chemical processing, petrochemical, marine, pharmaceutical, pulp & paper, power generation, and desalination plants. These fittings are particularly designed for acidic, chloride-containing, and oxidizing processes, such as sulfuric acid facilities, reactors, scrubbers, and heat exchangers. Their resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and high-temperature attack makes them a good choice for offshore platforms’ pipeline and pressure system, refineries’ pipeline and pressure system, and flue gas treatment units’ pipeline and pressure system. These fittings minimize the risk of system failure, increase service life, and reduce downtime and maintenance under severe operating conditions.
