Hastelloy Washers generally consist of nickel (56–60%), molybdenum (13–16%), and chromium (15–22%), with minor additions of cobalt, iron, and tungsten. These metals offer outstanding resistance to oxidizing and reducing media. Mechanical properties consist of tensile strength of 690 MPa, yield strength of 283 MPa, and elongation of about 40%. Hastelloy washers possess structural integrity even under high thermal and mechanical stresses.
