Chanathip Nickel Alloys and Plates, based in Bangkok, Thailand, has made a name for itself as a leading manufacturer and supplier of Super Duplex Steel Tube Fittings. With a commitment to producing high-quality, corrosion-resistant products, the company designs fittings that can handle the tough demands of various industries. Their Super Duplex Steel Tube Fittings are known for their exceptional strength, impressive durability, and remarkable resistance to harsh environments. Thanks to advanced manufacturing techniques, rigorous quality control, and compliance with global standards, each fitting promises reliable performance. Clients around the world trust Chanathip for customized solutions, technical support, and timely delivery for all their critical piping and structural needs.
The Super Duplex Steel Tube Fittings are made from iron, enriched with high levels of chromium (22–25%), nickel (5–7%), molybdenum (3–4%), and nitrogen. This unique blend creates a balanced ferrite-austenite structure, which provides the fittings with outstanding corrosion resistance, especially against pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. They boast excellent mechanical properties, including high tensile strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance. These fittings maintain their structural integrity even in high-pressure and high-temperature conditions, making them perfect for demanding applications. Their superb weldability and dimensional stability also make them a great choice for precision-engineered piping systems.
