Titanium Grade 5 Coils (Ti-6Al-4V) consist of about 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. This well-balanced alloy offers an excellent blend of corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and low weight. Having a tensile strength of around 895 MPa, good fatigue resistance, and high hardness, these coils work excellently in high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. Their 4.43 g/cm³ density provides them with a very good strength-to-weight ratio, and biocompatibility adds to their flexibility.
