The alloy provides a great balance of weight-saving strength, corrosion resistance, and fatigue resistance. With tensile strength of ~895 MPa and yield strength of ~828 MPa, it exhibits high performance under stress. Fittings possess a density of 4.43 g/cm³, thereby providing an excellent strength-to-weight ratio.
