Famous for their outstanding strength-to-weight ratio, high corrosion resistance, and durability, these fittings are relied upon in the aerospace, marine, chemical processing, and power generation industries. Made with precision and compliance with global quality standards, our Titanium Gr 5 Tube Fittings ensure consistent performance even in the most demanding conditions. Committed to innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction, Chanathip Nickel Alloys offers custom solutions that provide efficiency and safety in numerous challenging applications.
Titanium Grade 5 Tube Fittings (Ti-6Al-4V) consist of about 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. This alloy has remarkable mechanical strength, light weight, and high corrosion resistance. With tensile strength of about 930 MPa and density of 4.43 g/cm³, Titanium Gr 5 offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. It also offers better fatigue resistance, good weldability, and resistance to severe temperatures. These characteristics render Titanium Gr 5 Tube Fittings extremely durable and versatile, guaranteeing reproducibility in harsh and high-stress industrial applications.

Titanium Grade 5 Tube Fittings find extensive application in various industries where high strength, corrosion resistance, and light weight are required. In the aerospace sector, they find application in fuel systems, hydraulic lines, and structural assemblies, saving weight without weakening. They are best in the marine industry for use in seawater systems, offshore platforms, and ship construction due to their ability to resist saltwater corrosion. They are used in the chemical processing industry to manage aggressive chemicals and high-pressure systems. They are also useful in medical devices and surgical instruments due to their biocompatibility, and their durability and resistance to fatigue apply to high-performance automotive and sporting goods production.
