Composition & Mechanical Properties (90 words) Super Duplex Steel Wire S32750 has a dual-phase microstructure of austenite and ferrite, enriched with chromium (24–26%), molybdenum (3–4%), and nitrogen. This optimized composition offers excellent resistance to chloride-induced corrosion and harsh chemicals. Mechanically, S32750 provides high tensile and yield strength, strong fatigue resistance, and excellent toughness, even in sub-zero conditions.
