Chanathip Nickel Alloys & Plates provides Hastelloy C22 Wire produced in Bangkok, designed for severe chemical and oxidizing conditions. Made from UNS N06022, the wire is offered in thin or thick gauges and applied in high-performance applications requiring precision, strength, and corrosion resistance. Offered in spool or cut length, the wire complies with international quality standards such as ASTM B574.
Hastelloy C22 wire has a composition of ~56% Nickel, 20–22.5% Chromium, 12.5–14.5% Molybdenum, and 2.5–3.5% Tungsten. With tensile strength ~720 MPa, yield strength ~310 MPa, and high ductility, the wire resists pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in acidic and oxidizing conditions.
