Chanathip Nickel Alloys & Plates produces high-quality Hastelloy C276 Wire in Bangkok, Thailand, from high-purity UNS N10276 alloy. It is drawn to close tolerances and comes in soft annealed or hard-drawn finishes, ready for welding, chemical springs, and electrical components. Every coil is processed under controlled conditions to provide maximum corrosion resistance and structural consistency.
Hastelloy C276 wire is composed of ~57% Nickel, 15.5–17% Molybdenum, 14.5–16.5% Chromium, 4–7% Iron, and minute amounts of Tungsten and Cobalt. The wire provides tensile strength of ~760 MPa, yield ~350 MPa, and elongation ≥40%. It provides superior performance in oxidizing and reducing conditions, with resistance to chloride-induced corrosion and cracking.
