Chanathip Nickel Alloys & Plates is the leading manufacturer and supplier of Hastelloy Wire in Bangkok, Thailand. We have wires of different types, spool, coil, and cut lengths, made from high-quality Hastelloy C22, C276, and other corrosion-resistant alloys. Our wires are drawn with accuracy for superior surface finish and mechanical uniformity. Following ASTM B574 and other international specifications, our Hastelloy wire is suitable for welding, industrial mesh, electrical, and fastener use in extremely corrosive or high-temperature conditions.
Hastelloy wire (C22/C276) contains around 56–60% Nickel, 14–22% Chromium, 13–17% Molybdenum, and minor proportions of Tungsten, Iron, and Cobalt. The tensile strength of the wire is 690–790 MPa and yield strength is around 300–370 MPa. The wire has great resistance to pitting, intergranular attack, and stress corrosion cracking, and maintains ductility in cold working.
