Super Duplex Ball Valves are made up of about 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–5% molybdenum, and nitrogen, which greatly boosts their corrosion resistance and strength. Their unique duplex microstructure, featuring both austenite and ferrite, gives them exceptional toughness and durability. On the mechanical side, these valves showcase a tensile strength of around 800 MPa, a yield strength close to 550 MPa, and remarkable resistance to fatigue and stress corrosion cracking. With high hardness, impressive impact strength, and excellent thermal stability, they’re well-suited for extreme operating conditions where reliability and a long service life are crucial.
