Super Duplex Manifold Valves are made up of about 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–5% molybdenum, and nitrogen, which grants them exceptional corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Their unique duplex microstructure, featuring both ferrite and austenite, offers a superb blend of toughness and hardness. With a tensile strength of around 800 MPa and a yield strength close to 550 MPa, they also boast high fatigue resistance. Moreover, these valves excel in resisting pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, along with providing outstanding impact strength and thermal stability, making them perfect for extreme operational conditions.
