The Super Duplex Needle Valves are made from a special alloy that includes 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–5% molybdenum, and nitrogen, all of which enhance their corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Their unique duplex microstructure, which combines both austenite and ferrite, offers an exceptional balance of toughness and strength. On the mechanical side, they boast a tensile strength of around 800 MPa, a yield strength of about 550 MPa, and impressive fatigue resistance.
