Waspalloy Sheets and Plates are made of about 58 to 62% Nickel, 18 to 22% Chromium, 3.5 to 5% Cobalt, 1.2 to 2% Molybdenum, 2 to 3% Titanium, and 1.2 to 2% Aluminum, along with trace elements of Boron, Carbon, and Zirconium. This balanced mix offers great resistance to oxidation and stress corrosion. Mechanically, Waspalloy shows tensile strengths ranging from 965 to 1240 MPa and yield strengths from 725 to 1035 MPa, with elongation between 10 and 20%. Its excellent creep resistance and fatigue strength stay reliable at temperatures up to 980°C, making it perfect for high-stress and high-temperature industrial and aerospace uses.
