Chanathip Nickel Alloys is a leading manufacturer and supplier of zirconium sheets and plates in Bangkok, Thailand. Our products are designed to provide strong performance in sectors like petrochemical, oil and gas, chemical processing, nuclear, and aerospace. Known for their great corrosion resistance, durability, and heat stability, zirconium sheets and plates are essential in critical applications. At Chanathip Nickel Alloys, we combine modern technology, strict quality control, and dedicated service to supply materials that meet international standards. With reliable products, reasonable pricing, and timely delivery, we are the trusted choice for high-quality zirconium sheet and plate solutions.
Zirconium sheets and plates generally contain over 99.2% zirconium with up to 4.5% hafnium, which naturally occurs with zirconium. We strictly regulate trace impurities like oxygen, nitrogen, carbon, and iron to improve material features. Mechanically, zirconium has tensile strength between 330 and 580 MPa, yield strength of 200 to 400 MPa, and elongation of 14 to 40%, depending on processing and grade. The material is very ductile, heat resistant, and has a low neutron absorption cross-section, which makes it great for nuclear applications. With excellent corrosion resistance, these features ensure versatility and reliability in tough conditions.
