Monel Valves consist mainly of nickel (63–70%) and copper (28–34%), along with small amounts of iron, manganese, carbon, and silicon. It imparts superior corrosion resistance, especially in seawater, acids, and alkalines. Mechanically, Monel Valves possess excellent tensile strength, excellent toughness, and excellent durability with stability under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions.
