Chanathip Nickel Alloys, a leading manufacturer and supplier based in Bangkok, Thailand, offers a wide range of high-quality industrial products, with Titanium Grade 4 Pipes being one of our most valued solutions. Known for their exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability, these pipes are engineered for industries that demand reliability under extreme conditions. Widely applied across aerospace, chemical processing, marine, and power generation industries, Titanium Gr 4 Pipes provide durable performance and efficiency. At Chanathip Nickel Alloys, all products are produced with strict standards of quality, giving our customers top-grade materials for critical applications globally.
Titanium Grade 4 Tubes (UNS R50700 / DIN 3.7065) consist of 90–94% titanium, hardened with 6.0–7.0% aluminum and 3.5–4.5% vanadium to improve mechanical properties. These alloying components deliver high corrosion resistance and ductility, particularly in corrosive chemical and marine conditions. Titanium Gr 4 has a tensile strength of around 550 MPa, yield strength of 480 MPa, and elongation of 15%, which makes it ideal for applications involving high stress. With a low density of 4.43 g/cm³, it has a great strength-to-weight ratio together with even better formability, providing consistent performance in harsh working conditions.

Titanium Grade 4 Pipes are commonly used in applications where strength, resistance to corrosion, and lightness are essential. In aircraft, they are utilized for fuel systems, hydraulic lines, and structural parts owing to their reliability and strength. The marine industry uses them in seawater pipelines, offshore equipment, and desalination units where saltwater resistance is essential. In chemical processing, they are preferred for dealing with aggressive chemicals and high-temperature operations. Power generation and industrial uses also depend on these pipes for condensers, heat exchangers, and high-pressure plants. Their toughness and resistance to oxidation make them a reliable option for essential projects.
