Chanathip Nickel Alloys, based in Bangkok, Thailand, is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of premium Titanium Grade 9 Pipes. Known for their exceptional strength, lightweight design, and superior corrosion resistance, these pipes are engineered to deliver outstanding performance across demanding industries such as aerospace, marine, and chemical processing. Crafted under stringent quality standards, Titanium Gr 9 Pipes ensure durability, reliability, and long service life even in the harshest environments. With a strong focus on precision engineering and customer satisfaction, Chanathip Nickel Alloys provides tailored piping solutions that meet the evolving needs of global industries, setting a benchmark for quality and performance.
Titanium Grade 9 (Ti-3Al-2.5V / DIN 3.7195 / UNS R56320) Pipes are composed of ~3% Aluminum, 2.5% Vanadium, and the balance Titanium, with trace limits of Iron (≤0.25%) and Oxygen (≤0.15%). This unique composition enhances both strength and corrosion resistance, while maintaining low density. Mechanical properties include a tensile strength of ~620 MPa, yield strength of ~483 MPa, and elongation of ~20%. With a density of 4.48 g/cm³, these pipes achieve an optimal strength-to-weight ratio, offering a combination of lightweight efficiency and high durability that makes them ideal for critical engineering and industrial applications.

Titanium Grade 9 Pipes are widely valued across industries for their high strength, low weight, and excellent corrosion resistance. In the aerospace sector, they are used in hydraulic systems, fuel lines, and aircraft structures, where strength under high pressure and temperature is vital. The marine industry employs them in shipbuilding, offshore equipment, and desalination systems due to their resistance to saltwater corrosion. In chemical processing, they ensure safe transport of aggressive and reactive chemicals. Their biocompatibility makes them ideal for medical implants and surgical instruments, while industries such as automotive and sports equipment manufacturing benefit from their lightweight durability.
