Mehul Nickel Alloys, based in Bangkok, Thailand, is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of premium industrial materials. Among its leading products, Titanium Grade 8 Pipes are highly regarded for their exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability. Engineered for performance in the most challenging environments, these pipes are widely used in aerospace, marine, and chemical processing industries, where reliability is critical. With superior mechanical properties and excellent resistance to corrosive media, Titanium Gr 8 Pipes provide long-lasting, high-performance solutions. At Mehul Nickel Alloys, every pipe is produced to meet stringent international quality standards, ensuring consistent performance across diverse industrial applications.
Titanium Grade 8 (UNS R54810 / ASTM B862) Pipes are composed of 89–94% titanium, alloyed with 0.25–0.40% palladium, 0.15–0.40% iron, and 0.20–0.40% oxygen. The addition of palladium provides outstanding corrosion resistance, particularly in reducing and acidic environments. These pipes exhibit a tensile strength of ~620 MPa, yield strength of ~480 MPa, and elongation of 15–20%, making them well-suited for high-stress and demanding applications. With a density of 4.51 g/cm³, Titanium Gr 8 offers a superior strength-to-weight ratio, combining lightweight performance with exceptional durability, making it one of the most reliable grades for advanced industrial use.
