Chanathip Nickel Alloys, headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, is a renowned manufacturer and supplier of high-performance industrial products. Among our premium offerings, Titanium Grade 7 Pipes stand out for their exceptional corrosion resistance, especially in acidic and oxidizing environments, and superior mechanical strength. These pipes are designed to perform reliably in the most demanding conditions, making them highly sought after in chemical processing, aerospace, and marine industries. With a commitment to precision engineering and stringent quality control, Chanathip Nickel Alloys ensures every Titanium Gr 7 Pipe meets international standards, delivering long-lasting durability, high performance, and dependable solutions for critical applications worldwide.
Titanium Grade 7 (DIN 3.7235 / UNS R52400) Pipes are composed of 90–94% titanium, alloyed with 0.12–0.25% palladium, plus trace amounts of iron (0.2–0.4%) and oxygen (0.18–0.40%). The addition of palladium provides outstanding corrosion resistance in acidic, oxidizing, and reducing environments, setting this grade apart from others. Titanium Gr 7 exhibits a tensile strength of ~550 MPa, yield strength of ~400 MPa, and elongation of 15%, ensuring excellent ductility under stress. With a density of 4.43 g/cm³, it offers a high strength-to-weight ratio, maintaining reliability, toughness, and longevity even in extreme operating conditions.
